The display of Products on BasicEssentials constitutes an invitation to treat. Your placement of an order for any Products constitutes an offer to purchase such Products. Your offer is accepted when BasicEssentials receives the full purchase price for all Products in your order, plus postage costs and a receipt for the Order is provided by BasicEssentials.

In the event after your offer is accepted, BasicEssentials advises that they are not able to provide certain Products/s, then you may choose to replace the Products, at the same value and release BasicEssentials from all claims and liability.
